Your quiet helper for the stuff life makes you forget

ScatteredBrain is a daily organiser for people who forget things. Tasks, birthdays, bills, notes, and activity logs โ€” all in one place, all on your phone. No account. No cloud. No subscription.

Your data stays on your phone

Nothing leaves your device. No analytics, no third-party trackers, no hidden syncing. If you delete the app, your data goes with it โ€” which is why the backup feature matters.

The four tabs

Everything in ScatteredBrain lives in one of four tabs at the bottom of the screen.

๐Ÿ  Home
๐ŸŽ‰ People
๐Ÿ“ Notes
๐Ÿƒ Activity
TabWhat it's for
๐Ÿ  HomeYour dashboard โ€” tasks by time of day, overdue items, upcoming events, and a quick capture button
๐ŸŽ‰ PeopleBirthdays, anniversaries, and special dates for everyone you care about โ€” with countdown, wish shortcuts, and a full contact detail view
๐Ÿ“ NotesDiary, Wins journal, Waiting-on list, Service log, and Warranty tracker โ€” your personal logbook
๐Ÿƒ ActivityLog exercise, sleep, water, meals, and custom habits โ€” a quick daily record without a separate tracker app

Home tab

The Home tab is your dashboard. It shows what you need to do right now, organised into three panes you switch between with the pill tabs at the top.

The three panes

โ˜€๏ธ Today โš  Catch Up ๐Ÿ“… Upcoming
PaneWhat it shows
โ˜€๏ธ Today Tasks due today, split into Morning, Afternoon, and Evening slots. Past slots are dimmed but stay visible so you can still act on them.
โš  Catch Up Tasks from previous days you haven't completed or dismissed. Nothing is auto-deleted โ€” they wait here until you deal with them.
๐Ÿ“… Upcoming Future tasks grouped by date. Includes a calendar picker so you can tap any day to jump ahead โ€” month-end boundaries are marked so you can always tell which month you're scrolling through.

Swiping task cards

Every task card is swipeable โ€” no need to open it to act on it. What the swipe reveals depends on whether the task is still active.

โ† Swipe left
๐Ÿ—‘ Delete task
โœ… Mark done

Swipe right โ†’
โœ… Mark done
๐Ÿ’ค Snooze
โ†ฉ๏ธ
Swiping a finished task

Done doesn't make sense for a task that's already done โ€” so on a completed, skipped, or ignored task, both swipe directions show โ†ฉ Reopen instead of Done and Snooze. It puts the task back to pending on its original date. The same option is in the task's detail screen under Actions.

๐Ÿ’ก
Snooze undo โ€” and custom snooze

Accidentally snoozed something? A banner appears right after โ€” tap Undo to put it back immediately. Need longer than the presets (15 min, 30 min, 1 hr, 2 hr, tomorrow morning)? Open the task and choose Snooze โ†’ Customโ€ฆ to pick an exact number of hours and minutes.

Header icons

The top-right corner of the Home tab has three icons:

IconWhat it does

๐Ÿ” SearchSearch across all tasks, including completed and skipped ones. Filter by category, persona, or status.

Quick-access chips

Below the header, four chips jump straight to the thing you need without digging through menus:

๐Ÿ† WinsThe Wins journal, without navigating to the Notes tab.
๐Ÿง  AI AddAI Quick-Add, for typing a task in plain English.
๐Ÿ“ Detailed TaskThe full task form directly โ€” category, date, repeats, priority, all in one go.
๐Ÿ•˜ HistoryEvery completed task, most recent first.

Adding tasks

Tap the purple + button (bottom right of the Home tab) to open QuickCapture โ€” a fast input sheet designed to get something out of your head in under 10 seconds.

QuickCapture

  1. 1
    Type what's on your mind
Just dump it โ€” "call dentist", "buy birthday gift", "pay electricity bill". Don't worry about formatting.
  2. 2
    Pick a time chip
Tap Now, 1h, Tonight, or Tomorrow โ€” or tap the schedule card to pick a custom date and time.
  3. 3
    Set a priority (optional)
Low / Medium / High chips appear below the time row. Tap one if it matters โ€” otherwise leave it as Low.
  4. 4
    Tap Capture
The task is saved immediately and appears in the right time slot on your dashboard.
๐Ÿค–
AI button in QuickCapture

Tap the AI button (top right of the QuickCapture sheet) to switch to natural-language input. Type "pay rent tomorrow morning urgent" and the app extracts the task, date, and priority automatically. See the AI Quick-Add section for details.

More options โ€” the full task form

Tap More options at the bottom of QuickCapture to open the full AddTask form. By default it shows just the three essentials:

Title Category Date & time

Tap More options inside the full form to expand everything else:

๐Ÿ—‚
Task type
Task (tracked, shows on dashboard) or Reminder (notification-only, no task card).
๐Ÿ—’
Notes
Free-text context for the task โ€” details, links, references.
๐Ÿ‘ค
Persona
Tag the task to a person โ€” Wife, Kids, Work. Filter by persona later to focus on what belongs to each role.
๐Ÿ”
Repeat frequency
Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, or hourly.
๐Ÿšฆ
Priority
Low, Medium, or High. Shown as a colour stripe on the card.
๐Ÿ›ก
Protect from Auto-Ignore
Stops the app from auto-hiding this task if it stays overdue too long. For things you genuinely must not lose track of.
๐ŸŽ‚
Birthday or anniversary?

If your task title contains "birthday" or "anniversary", the app suggests switching to the People tab โ€” which gives you yearly reminders, countdowns, and one-tap wish shortcuts automatically.

Completing tasks

Tap the circle on the right side of any task card, or swipe right, to mark it done. What happens next is designed to feel like a small celebration.

The drum roll

Every time you complete a task, the phone plays a short haptic drum roll โ€” light taps building to a single heavy impact โ€” followed by a chime. It's a small ritual that makes completion feel earned rather than administrative.

Log as a win?

After completing any task, a toast nudge appears at the bottom of the screen for four seconds:

๐Ÿ†
Log as a win?
Call dentist and book appointment
Log it
Tap "Log it" to open the Wins journal pre-filled with the task name. Dismiss by waiting or tapping โœ•.

Wins are for the completions that feel significant โ€” not every task needs to be logged. The nudge auto-dismisses if you ignore it.

Log to Activity? (recurring tasks)

If the task you just completed is a recurring one โ€” a weekly gym session, a daily water target โ€” a second toast appears alongside the win nudge:

๐Ÿ’ช
Log to Activity?
Morning run โ€” 30 min
Track it
Tap "Track it" to jump to the Activity Log tab and record the habit entry.

Recurring tasks

Any task can be set to repeat. Tap More options when adding a task and choose a frequency.

FrequencyHow it works
DailyEvery day, or weekdays only. Pre-generates 30 days ahead and extends automatically.
WeeklyPick specific days (Mon/Wed/Friโ€ฆ). Pre-generates 8 weeks ahead and extends.
MonthlyChoose Start Date (same date each month), Day of Month, or Weekday Pattern (e.g. first Monday). 12 months generated ahead.
QuarterlyEvery 3 months. 4 instances generated ahead.
AnnuallyOnce a year. 3 years generated ahead.
HourlyRepeats every hour between a start and end time. Useful for medication, hydration, or breaks.

Deleting a recurring task

When you swipe to delete a recurring task, the app asks:

๐Ÿ—‘ Delete this event only ๐Ÿ—‘ Delete entire series

"This event only" removes just the one occurrence. "Entire series" removes all future instances.

๐Ÿ’ก
Monthly repeat โ€” "Start From" date

When you choose Day of Month or Weekday Pattern, the date picker label changes to Start From. This sets the month the series begins โ€” the actual first occurrence is calculated from the pattern.

Bills & Renewals

ScatteredBrain includes a built-in recurring activity scheduler for the bills and renewals that come around every year without fail โ€” electricity, internet, car insurance, income tax. Instead of creating these as recurring tasks manually, the app offers to schedule them for you.

The annual scheduling prompt

When you open the app and there are bills or renewals not yet scheduled for the current year, a sheet appears automatically. It shows every enabled activity with how many tasks it would add and when.

  1. 1
    Select what to schedule
All enabled activities are pre-checked. Deselect anything you handle differently or don't want on your task list.
  2. 2
Tap "Add to [year]" or "Schedule remaining months"
If it's already mid-year, the button reads "Schedule remaining [Month]โ€“Dec" so only the months still ahead are created โ€” not the ones already past.
  3. 3
    Tasks appear on your dashboard
Each bill or renewal is added as a regular task on its due date, where it can be completed, snoozed, or rescheduled like any other task.

AI prompts for bills

In the AI Quick-Add view (tap the AI button in QuickCapture), typing keywords like "pay", "bill", "insurance", "renewal", or "service my car" shows a row of chips for common recurring activities. Tap one to pre-fill the task input with the right title and category.

Managing the list โ€” Annual Tasks screen

Open โ‹ฏ More โ†’ Annual Tasks from the Home tab to see and edit every recurring activity โ€” one row per task, showing what it is and when it's due.

  1. 1
Tap a row to edit it
Change the title, emoji, priority, how often it repeats (yearly, every 3 months, or monthly), and the month and day it falls on.
  2. 2
Tap + to add your own
Not everything is a bill โ€” anything that comes around every year works: a passport renewal, a pet's vaccination, an annual check-up.
  3. 3
    Swipe to disable or delete
Built-in activities can be switched off but not removed โ€” swipe to toggle. Your own custom ones can be deleted outright.
๐Ÿ’ก
Adding a task mid-year

Added or edited something after the yearly prompt already ran? A banner appears at the bottom of the Annual Tasks list โ€” "Add N to 2026's tasks" โ€” that schedules just the new or changed ones without waiting for next January.

AI Quick-Add

Type naturally and let the app figure out the task, date, and priority. No special syntax โ€” just say it like you'd say it to a friend.

How to access it

Tap the purple + FAB โ†’ QuickCapture opens โ†’ tap the AI button in the top right corner of the sheet. The view switches to a text-first input with suggested prompt chips.

  1. 1
Type what you need to do
"Pay rent tomorrow morning urgent", "book dentist next Tuesday", "call mum this evening".
  2. 2
    The app reads it
Dates, times, priorities, and task names are extracted on-device. A preview shows what was detected before anything is saved.
  3. 3
    Review and confirm
Adjust anything in the preview card, then tap Save. The AI is a first draft, not a final answer.

On-device vs. cloud AI

ModePrivacySetup
On-device (default) Nothing leaves your phone Works immediately, no API key needed
Cloud (Gemini / OpenAI / Claude) Text is sent to the provider's servers Paste your own API key in Settings โ†’ AI Engine
๐Ÿ”‘
API keys are stored securely

Your API key is stored in the iOS Keychain โ€” not in a file that gets backed up or synced. You'll need to re-enter it if you reinstall the app.

Adding notes with @notes

Need to capture some context along with the task โ€” a phone number, what to ask about, a link? Type @notes anywhere in your sentence, and everything after it is saved as the task's notes instead of being parsed as part of the task itself.

What you typeTask titleNotes
Call dentist tomorrow at 3pm @notes ask about the crown on the left molarCall dentist tomorrow at 3pmask about the crown on the left molar
Renew passport @notes appointment slot was next Friday, I declined itRenew passportappointment slot was next Friday, I declined it
โœ๏ธ
Autocomplete inside the box

Start typing @ at the end of your sentence and a small @notes chip appears inside the text field โ€” tap it to complete the marker instead of typing the rest.

For a birthday or special date rather than a task, use the dedicated quick-add on the People tab instead โ€” see below.

Brain Dump

The teal ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ button stacked above the + on the Today tab lets you talk instead of type. Ramble out everything on your mind in one go โ€” several unrelated to-dos, a birthday you just remembered, whatever โ€” and it comes back as a reviewable list, not a single garbled task.

๐Ÿ”’
First time: a privacy disclosure

Before your first recording, the app explains exactly what happens to your voice: it's transcribed on-device and the audio itself never leaves your phone. If you've chosen a Cloud AI provider in Settings, only the resulting text transcript is sent there to be turned into tasks โ€” On-Device AI keeps everything on the phone. You have to tap I Understand before recording is enabled.

Recording

  1. 1
    Tap the mic button
The app grants itself Microphone and Speech Recognition permission on first use, then starts listening. Your words appear on screen as you speak.
  2. 2
    Say everything at once
"Call the bank about the dispute, pick up dry cleaning tomorrow, and today is Anayna's birthday" โ€” one breath, three different things, no need to separate them into different app screens.
  3. 3
    Tap stop
The transcript is handed to whichever AI engine is active in Settings โ€” see the callout below โ€” and comes back as a summary plus a reviewable list.

Reviewing before anything saves

Nothing is written to your tasks or contacts until you tap Add These. Before that:

โœ…
To-dos, one card each
Each detected action item gets its own card with an editable title, date, and priority, plus a checkbox to drop it from the batch if it's not actually useful.
๐ŸŽ‚
Special dates, matched to a contact
A birthday, anniversary, or engagement mention is pulled out separately from the to-do list and checked against your saved People โ€” "today is Anayna's birthday" is matched to your existing contact Anayna rather than filed as a plain task.
โž•
New person, if no match
If the name doesn't match anyone saved, the card says so plainly โ€” confirming it creates a brand-new People entry with that date instead of silently guessing.
โš™๏ธ
Same AI engine as AI Quick-Add

Brain Dump uses whatever engine you've picked under Settings โ†’ Tasks & Automation โ†’ AI Engine โ€” no separate toggle to configure. On-Device AI uses Apple's on-device Foundation Models where your hardware and iOS version support it, and otherwise the same offline extractor AI Quick-Add falls back to; a Cloud AI provider (Gemini, OpenAI, or Claude) is used if you've set one up, with an automatic fallback to on-device if that request ever fails.

Ask Siri instead of opening the app

ScatteredBrain adds an Add Birthday Siri Shortcut the moment it's installed โ€” no setup screen to visit. Just talk to Siri directly:

What you sayWhat happens
"Hey Siri, add Anayna's birthday to ScatteredBrain on December 23rd"App opens on the People tab, Add Birthday already filled in with the name and date
"Tell ScatteredBrain to add Rahul's birthday"Same, with the date left for you to set on the review screen
๐Ÿ‘€
Siri never saves anything by itself

Saying the phrase only opens the app to a pre-filled review screen โ€” the same Add Birthday form you'd see tapping + or the pencil icon on an existing person. If the name matches someone already saved, their card opens with the new date added to their existing dates; if it doesn't match anyone, it opens as a new person. Either way, nothing is written until you tap Save yourself.

People tab

The People tab is a relationship manager โ€” not just a birthday calendar. It tracks everyone's special dates and also surfaces any tasks you've added that relate to that person.

Adding a person

  1. 1
Tap + in the top right
The app shows contact suggestions from your phone's Contacts app. Tap a chip to pre-fill the name and phone number, or enter manually.
  2. 2
    Add special dates
Tap Add Date to add a birthday, anniversary, engagement, pet birthday, or custom occasion. Multiple dates per person are supported.
  3. 3
    Add relationships (optional)
Link the person to a relative โ€” e.g. a "Spouse" relationship with their own birthday. One contact card can track an entire family.

Quick-add with the ๐ŸŽ‚ button

For a fast one-line entry, tap the pink ๐ŸŽ‚ floating button at the bottom right of the People tab. It's built around typing as little as possible โ€” a bare name is enough.

What you typeWhat gets saved
@AnaynaBirthday for Anayna, today's date โ€” nothing else typed
Our anniversary is June 12Wedding Anniversary on 12 Jun
Rajan turns 30 todayBirthday for Rajan, birth year recorded
Dad's birthday is March 5 1960Birthday for Dad on 5 Mar 1960
@
Type @ to tag someone by name

Start typing @ and a live list of matching names appears โ€” people already saved in the app, and anyone in your phone's Contacts app. Pick one and the date is attached to them directly instead of creating a duplicate entry. (If your phone's contacts aren't showing up, check that Contacts access is allowed for the app โ€” a banner in the sheet links straight to that Settings toggle.)

๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿ’
Correct the occasion with a tap, not by retyping

As soon as a name resolves, a row of chips appears โ€” ๐ŸŽ‚ Birthday, ๐Ÿ’ Anniversary, ๐Ÿ’ Engagement, ๐Ÿ• Pet Birthday. It's guessed as Birthday by default; tap a different chip to switch it instead of retyping the whole entry.

๐Ÿ“…
Not today? Override the date

Below the occasion chips, a date pill shows Assumed date ยท Today. Tap it to open an inline date picker and pick the real day โ€” past or future, no restriction. Once you pick one it switches to Custom date and remembers the year too.

๐Ÿ“ธ
Great for Instagram birthdays

Spotted a birthday wish on Instagram? Tap ๐ŸŽ‚ โ†’ type the name โ†’ save. That's it โ€” it's already assumed to be their birthday today.

Viewing a contact's details

Tap anywhere on a contact row to open their detail view. It shows:

๐Ÿ“…
Upcoming dates
All their special dates sorted by how soon they are, with a countdown badge (Today / in 3d / in 14dโ€ฆ).
โœ…
Related tasks
Any task whose title or notes mentions this person's name โ€” automatically surfaced, no tagging required.
๐Ÿ“ž
Phone & relationships
Their phone number and any linked relatives listed at the top.
โœ๏ธ
Edit contact
Tap the pencil icon on the contact row to edit their dates and details. Tapping the row itself opens the detail view.

On a person's birthday

๐ŸŽ‚
Countdown badge
Shows days until the occasion. On the day itself, the card highlights and moves to the top.
๐Ÿ’ฌ
One-tap wish
Tap Wish ๐ŸŽ‰ for a curated set of message templates for WhatsApp, iMessage, or any app.
๐ŸŽ
Add gift task
Tap Add task on any birthday card. Opens with the name and occasion pre-filled.
๐Ÿ””
Automatic reminders
The app sends a notification on the morning of every birthday and anniversary โ€” every year, automatically.
๐ŸŽ‚
Import birthdays from Contacts

Tap the sync icon (โŸณ) in the toolbar to pull birthdays already saved in your phone's Contacts app. The app shows you a preview before adding anything โ€” no duplicates created.

Notes tab

The Notes tab is your personal logbook โ€” five purpose-built sections for everything that doesn't fit neatly into tasks.

๐Ÿ“”
Diary
Freeform daily notes. A thought, a memory, a quick recap of the day.
๐Ÿ†
Wins
Log something you're proud of. Small victories count. Useful for performance reviews and days when you feel like you did nothing.
โณ
Waiting On
Things you're expecting from other people โ€” a delivery, a bank reply, a colleague's review. Mark as received when it arrives.
๐Ÿ”ง
Service Log
Track service history for your car, appliances, or home โ€” anything you maintain regularly.
๐Ÿ›ก
Warranty Tracker
Log purchases with warranty expiry dates. Attach a photo of the receipt. The app reminds you when a warranty is about to expire.

Wins journal

The Wins journal tracks a streak โ€” how many consecutive days you've logged at least one win. After completing a task, a ๐Ÿ† Log as a win? nudge appears at the bottom of the screen for four seconds. Tap Log it and the journal opens pre-filled with the task name, ready to save with one tap.

๐Ÿ’ก
Quick access from Home

Tap the ๐Ÿ† Wins chip at the top of the Home tab to open the Wins journal without navigating to the Notes tab.

Activity Log

The Activity tab is a quick daily record for recurring physical and personal habits โ€” without needing a separate tracker app. Log exercise, sleep, water intake, and custom activities in a few taps.

Logging an entry

  1. 1
    Tap the Activity tab
Or tap Track it on the habit nudge toast that appears after completing a recurring task โ€” it takes you directly here.
  2. 2
    Pick a category
Built-in types: ๐Ÿ‹๏ธ Gym, ๐Ÿƒ Run, ๐Ÿšถ Walk, ๐ŸŠ Swim, ๐Ÿšด Cycle, โšฝ Sport, ๐Ÿง˜ Yoga, ๐Ÿ˜ด Sleep, ๐Ÿ’ง Water, ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ Meditation, and more โ€” or create a custom one.
  3. 3
Add quantity and a note (optional)
"30 min run, felt sluggish" โ€” then tap Log. The entry is added with today's date and time.

The Activity view shows your recent entries and streak counts per category so you can see patterns over time at a glance.

๐Ÿ’ก
Habit nudge after recurring tasks

Complete a recurring task (weekly gym session, daily walk reminderโ€ฆ) and a ๐Ÿ’ช Log to Activity? toast appears automatically. Tap Track it to jump straight here without navigating manually.

Lock Screen widget

ScatteredBrain includes a lock screen widget that shows your next upcoming task with a countdown โ€” glanceable without unlocking your phone.

Adding the widget

  1. 1
    Long-press your Lock Screen
Tap Customise and then the widget area below the clock.
  2. 2
    Tap the + button
    Search for ScatteredBrain.
  3. 3
    Choose a widget size
Rectangular (title + time), Circular (countdown ring), or Inline (one-line title).
๐Ÿ’ก
Widget not updating?

Lock screen widgets refresh on a system schedule, not in real time. Open the app briefly to force a refresh โ€” the widget updates within a few seconds.

Backup & Restore

Since everything lives on your phone, a backup is your only safety net. ScatteredBrain does this automatically and also lets you do it manually.

Automatic backups

The app saves a rolling backup every 6 hours whenever you use it. It keeps the 5 most recent backups.

Files app โ†’ On My iPhone โ†’ ScatteredBrain โ†’ Backups โ†’ ScatteredBrain-YYYY-MM-DD-HHmm.json
๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ
Built to survive app updates

Every category the backup can restore โ€” birthdays, warranties, wins, habits, waiting-on items, recurring bills and more โ€” is decoded field by field with safe fallbacks, so a future update adding a new field to one record can never take down the whole category on restore. Backups remain your safety net regardless; the most recent automatic one is the fastest way to recover if anything ever does go wrong โ€” open Files app, find the latest .json in the Backups folder, then follow the restore steps below.

Creating a manual backup

  1. 1
Open Settings (โ‹ฏ More โ†’ Settings)
From the Home tab, tap the โ‹ฏ icon in the top right, then Settings.
  2. 2
Scroll to Backup โ†’ Create Backup
The app generates a ScatteredBrain-Backup-YYYY-MM-DD.json file.
  3. 3
    Tap Share Backup File
Save to iCloud Drive, email it to yourself, or AirDrop to your Mac โ€” anywhere outside the phone.

Restoring from a backup

  1. 1
    Settings โ†’ Restore from Backup
    Opens the iOS file picker.
  2. 2
    Navigate to your backup file
For an auto-backup: Browse โ†’ On My iPhone โ†’ ScatteredBrain โ†’ Backups. For a manual one, wherever you saved it.
  3. 3
    Tap the file
The app shows a summary of what was found. Import is additive โ€” it never overwrites data already on the device.

Settings

Open Settings from the Home tab: tap the โ‹ฏ More icon in the top right, then Settings. Everything is grouped into six collapsible panels โ€” tap a panel's header to expand it โ€” so the screen isn't one long scroll of every option at once.

PanelWhat's inside

Tips & tricks

โœจ
QuickCapture is for brain-dumping

Don't overthink QuickCapture. Type it fast, pick a rough time, hit Capture. You can always tap the card later to refine it โ€” the goal is to get it out of your head, not to fill in every field right now.

โœจ
Use categories for bulk actions

Long-press a category chip in the Home tab to bulk-complete or bulk-ignore all tasks in that category at once โ€” useful for clearing out a finished project in one move.

โœจ
Contact detail view finds related tasks automatically

Tap any person in the People tab. The detail view scans your task list and shows every task that mentions their name โ€” no manual tagging needed. Good for seeing everything you're doing for or with that person in one place.

โœจ
Schedule bills for the rest of the year, not from January

If you open the Bills & Renewals prompt in, say, August, it shows "Schedule remaining Augโ€“Dec" โ€” so only tasks from now through December are created. No duplicate tasks for months already past.

โœจ
Stash context with @notes

In AI Quick-Add, anything after @notes in your sentence is saved as the task's notes instead of being parsed as the task itself โ€” handy for a phone number, a link, or a reminder of what to ask.

โœจ
Search finds everything

Tap the ๐Ÿ” icon to search across all tasks โ€” including completed and skipped ones. Filter by category, persona, or status. Great for finding what you did last month.

โœจ
Protect critical tasks from Auto-Ignore

The app quietly hides tasks that have been overdue for more than 15 days. For things you genuinely must not miss, turn on Protect from Auto-Ignore in More Options when creating the task.

โœจ
Warranty tracker pays for itself

Add your appliances, electronics, and furniture with their warranty end dates. The app reminds you a month before expiry โ€” so you actually get to use the warranty.

โœจ
Waiting On keeps other people accountable

Every time you're waiting for a reply, a delivery, or an approval โ€” log it in Waiting On. When it arrives, mark it received. No more "did I follow up on that?" anxiety.
