एकदंत दयावंत चार भुजा धारी
माथे पर तिलक सोहे मूसे की सवारी
अंधन को आँख देत कोढ़िन को काया
बांझन को पुत्र देत निर्धन को माया
पान चढ़े फूल चढ़े और चढ़े मेवा
लड्डुन का भोग लगे संत करें सेवा
दीनन की लाज रखो शंभु सुतकारी
कामना को पूरा करो जग बलिहारी

mata jaki Parvati pita Mahadeva
Ek dant dayavant char bhuja dhari
mathe par tilak sohe muse ki savari
Andhan ko ankh det korhin ko kaya
banjhan ko putra det nirdhan ko maya
Pan chadhe phul chadhe aur chadhe meva
laddun ka bhog lage sant karen seva
Dinan ki laj rakho Shambhu sutakari
kamana ko pura karo jag balihari

What it means
Victory to Ganesha, whose mother is Parvati and father Mahadeva. One-tusked, compassionate, four-armed, a tilak on his brow, riding his mouse. He gives eyes to the blind, a body to the leper, a son to the childless and wealth to the poor. Guard the honour of the humble, son of Shambhu, and fulfil our wishes.
